What we built
A consultation flow that works for both sides of the call — not a video app with a booking form attached.
Condition-first booking
Patients start from what's wrong — a searchable list of conditions such as skin problems, cold and flu, stomach, UTI, and mental health — then choose a doctor or counsellor by availability and rating.
Consultation tickets
Every consultation is a numbered ticket that moves from draft to pending to completed, with pending tickets and upcoming appointments on the patient's home screen.
Video sessions
Patient and doctor join the same in-app video session, built on Agora real-time video, with the screen kept awake for the length of the call.
The doctor's side
Doctors see completed and pending tickets, open a case with the patient's history and profile, add notes, forward the case to a colleague, and join the session.
Payment in the app
A payment step inside the patient app, designed around local methods — FIB, FastPay, and Qi Card — as well as cards.
Notifications & files
Push notifications keep patients and doctors updated on each ticket; patients can upload files, and PDF documents open right inside the app.

The patient app and the doctor app share the same tickets — what the patient books is exactly what the doctor opens.

Choose a condition, pick a doctor or counsellor, follow the ticket, and join the video consultation. Available on iOS and as an Android download from telemedicinehub.care.
TeleMed H doctor — for doctors
A dashboard of pending and completed tickets, each case with patient history, profile, and notes — forward it to a colleague or join the session.
